Going out yesterday was a good idea. Just meeting Oishi again made me feel so much better - as corny as that sounds. I also met Intigam again, whom I haven’t seen in almost a year. It was nice to see him again, and Marwa too of course!

I bought an outfit that Marwa and Oishi chose for me, which I will be wearing today - since today is Eid! So Eid Mubarak to all of you believers or whatever. :D

Later in the evening, we went to Oishi’s place. Marwa was a huge help when bleaching our hairtips. Oishi and I really wanted to try dip dye’ing. Yes, it’s oh-so-mainstream, but I don’t care. I’ve never in my life - ever - dyed my hair. And dip dyeing sounded the “safest” for a first try, since you don’t dye your hair from the roots. What colour did I dye my hair? Green of course! Or as it says on the dye jar: “enchanted forest”

I stayed the night at Oishi’s since dyeing our hair took much more time than we expected. I was super nervous when going back home because I knew my mom wouldn’t be happy about my hair, but the only thing she said when she saw my hair was “blue would have been prettier” - I think that means it looks ok.. ? Idk.

Today I’m going on a cruise with my family, and Oishi’s family. It’s something we do every summer, so it’s probably not going to be anything super special, but hopefully it’ll be fun.
